Bachelors in Communication and media science

In the communication and media science major belonging to the social sciences training area, in the first year you will have more theoretical foundational subjects, you will study communication theory, interpersonal communication, media and social history, among other things, and you will also have skill-building courses: communication techniques. Later, you will typically take part in practical classes: creative writing, news editing, advertising communication. New media education is also given priority: understanding and conscious use of online and social media. During the training, you can deepen your knowledge in the University's television studio, radio studio, and newspaper editorial office.
