Program Overview

The purpose of the Print Media specialization is to train journalists and press officers who are able to write articles in various media genres and styles, and are comfortable in several areas of journalism. The students of the specialization get to know the basics of journalism, the operation of the printed and online press, some areas of specialized journalism, and press photography, and through the numerous writing practice classes they acquire a routine in each press genre. Graduates will be able to hold their own not only in the field of print and online journalism and as a journalist, but also in many creative fields where text creation is a task of central importance.
