This 3-year degree course aims to provide each student with the education and training necessary for entry into the construction and property industry at Architectural Technologist level.This technical design programme integrates theory with practical application to equip students with real-life problem solving and communication skills and a broad understanding of construction technology and detailing, building regulations, health and safety legislation and the theory and integration of environmental and sustainable design.
Academic transcripts, Degree certificate (if applicable), Passport copy. IELTS score of 5.5 overall. GPA 55% and above in final high school exams. 28 and above in IB including English & Maths. 1 x C in A Levels plus 4 x C in iGSCE/GSCE (incl. English & Maths)
