A-Level Requirements: Applicants offering A-Levels must meet CAO-equivalent grade standards. Typical offers range from A*AAC (520 CAO points) to ABBB (450 CAO points), depending on competitiveness.

International Baccalaureate (IB): IB applicants are assessed on total diploma points, including bonus points. Competitive consideration generally requires 38 points, while standard entry may be considered from 32 points.

IELTS- Minimum score of 6.5* with no less than 6.0 in any component. Please note, they can only accept Academic IELTS. General IELTS will not be accepted

TOEFL- 580 (paper based) or 90 (internet based)

Country Requirements

INDIA :A minimum combined average of 70% across Standard X and XII - A language other than English and Mathematics must be studied up to Grade X

CHINA: Students are required to hold a Senior High School Diploma including English, Mathematics and another language with an average grade of 80% or above.

USA: Typically, the University of Limerick requires the SAT or ACT along with a USA High School Diploma. The scores required vary depending on the programme you choose to study.
