Program Overview

This program is the perfect "best of both worlds" choice for students who want a professional psychology qualification but aren't ready to give up their interest in another field like Economics, Philosophy, or English. You’ll spend four years exploring how the human mind works while simultaneously seeing how those insights connect to your second subject, making you a uniquely versatile graduate.

Curriculum Structure

First Year (Junior Fresh) In your first year, you’ll split your time equally between your two subjects to get a broad academic base. In Psychology, you’ll tackle foundational modules like Foundations in Psychology and Statistics and Methodology I, which introduce you to the scientific rigor required to understand human behavior at a university level.

Second Year (Senior Fresh) This is where the "pathway" flexibility kicks in: you can choose to keep both subjects equal or start leaning more toward one. You’ll dive into more specialized areas such as Developmental Psychology and Psychological Disorder, while also beginning to explore Evolutionary Psychology to understand the deep-rooted origins of our modern behaviors.

Third Year (Junior Sophister) By year three, you are really refining your expertise and can choose to focus heavily on Psychology if you wish to pursue professional accreditation later. You will study advanced topics like Social Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, alongside fascinating elective options such as Applied Issues in Developmental Psychology to see how theory works in the real world.

Fourth Year (Senior Sophister) Your final year is centered around your Capstone Project, where you’ll conduct original research under the guidance of top experts. You’ll round out your degree with high-level modules like Applied Psychology or Theoretical Issues in Psychology, graduating with the ability to bridge the gap between complex data and human experience.

Focus areas: Interdisciplinary psychological science, neuroscientific foundations, social and developmental intersections, and advanced research analytics.
