Program Overview

The School of Civil, Environmental and Land Management Engineering decided to develop, together with traditional teaching courses, the programme of Civil and Environmental Engineer towards an innovative BSc programme of Civil Engineer for Risk Mitigation.This new professional figure will be specifically devoted to face with hydrogeological risks and risks related to structures and infrastructures.Italian territory, and in particular northern and Alpine regions, is exposed to high natural risks, such as landslide, flood, earthquakes, potentially inducing large economic and social losses, directly affecting not only the population, but even structures and infrastructures, which often play a strategic role in our society.

Hold a secondary school qualification conferred after a minimum of 12 years of schooling, Non-EU citizens with a C1 or C2 certificate of Italian language knowledge, copy of Passport, other documents if required, such as portfolio, language certificates, Declaration of official translation of the academic certificate into Italian, legalized with an original stamp by the local Italian diplomatic authorities, academic transcript, Cumulative GPA statement, Curriculum vitae, letter of recommendation, letter of motivation, TOEFL: CBT -210 / IBT 78 / PBT- 547, TOEFL ITP- 543, TOEIC- 720, IELTS Academic - 6, CAMBRIDGE: Proficiency Pass at grade C / Advanced Pass at grade C / First Pass at grade B, TRINITY COLLEGE: ISE II, Students applying to an Italian taught programme must also provide an Italian language certificate, level B1
