The 21st century has been dubbed the Century of Biology . Technological advances have led to a revolution in our understanding of the relatedness of living organisms, and to the development of new research fields seeking to understand the processes underlying organismal development.

Applicants must have completed or should be expected to complete 12 years of regular school education by the end of academic year (March), in a country other than Japan. Or applicants satisfying standards specified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Test score: TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Reference Letter, Only original certificates or certified copies will be accepted.
