4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
If you’re someone who loves design but also wants to understand the business behind it, this programme is a great fit. The Business Management (Interior & Design specialisation) at Tio helps you turn creative ideas into real-world concepts by combining design knowledge with strong business skills.
Curriculum Structure
Year 1
You start by building a solid foundation in business, getting comfortable with areas like marketing, sales, and project management. At the same time, you begin to understand how the interior and design industry works and how businesses operate within it, which helps you start thinking like an entrepreneur early on.
Year 2
This is where things get more interesting and more specialised. You begin working with design-focused topics such as interior design principles, styling, and material & colour theory, while also exploring trends and innovation. You’ll start connecting creativity with consumer behaviour and market needs, which is key in this industry.
Year 3
In your final year, everything becomes more hands-on. You’ll choose a minor in Interior & Design, complete an internship, and work on your graduation project. What really makes this programme stand out is how quickly you move from “learning about the industry” to actually working in it. At Tio, you are not sitting through long lectures—you are actively building ideas, testing concepts, and seeing how design works in a real business environment. From the first year itself, you start thinking like someone who could run a design project, launch a concept, or work with clients in the interior industry.
You are constantly applying what you learn—whether it is analysing trends, creating styling concepts, or turning a creative idea into something commercially viable. And because classes are small, you get that close guidance while still working on real projects that feel genuinely industry-relevant. As you move forward, this becomes even more hands-on with internships, company exposure, and international experiences:
By the time you graduate, you are not just someone who understands interior design and business—you are someone who has already worked on projects, built ideas, and experienced the industry firsthand. That makes a huge difference when you step into your first job.
