Year 2

You'll tackle innovations and sustainability through options like Innovations in Sustainable Chain Management: Analysis (M8e), high-tech talent strategies in HTTM: High Tech Talent Management in a Global Context (M8d), and other electives focusing on global operations and strategy, all while honing research and business skills. Year 3
Your final year sharpens your leadership edge with flexible options like a Study Abroad or UT Minor (M9, 30 EC) for global exposure, followed by CHANGEL: Change Management & Leadership, Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Strategic & Responsible Foresight (M11), where you'll master leading change, ethical governance, and future-proof strategies. It culminates in the Bachelor Thesis IBA (M12), an independent research project applying everything you've learned, plus ongoing Business & Career Skills to prepare you for the job market.
