As a Religion Scientist you learn to understand the turbulent and rapidly changing world of religion, culture and meaning. You look critically at the problems and violence of religions. You think constructively about what drives people and brings them together. In this way you will be immersed in the most profound issues that determine global society.For this you use sociological, psychological, anthropological and philosophical disciplines that you learn to combine. You discover how you can compare perspectives on an academic level. You enter the VU beyond the prejudice because you follow some lectures with Christian, Buddhist and Muslim students. In the conversation you discover and question each other.
