Program Overview

As a criminologist, you look at a problem from different perspectives, both those of the police and the judiciary and those of the perpetrator and society. You do not make laws and rules and you will not punish either; you investigate what crime is and what the causes and consequences are of crime and different types of punishment. You will receive a versatile academic program with both a research and practical orientation. If you choose the minor forensic criminology, you will also become acquainted with the forensic side of crime prevention
