Prepare yourself for a career in civil infrastructure development building your abilities within a choice of engineering strands including structural, water or waste water engineering. Our Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BEngTech) (Civil Major) is a three year programme comprising of core and elective courses - you can specialise in structural, water and waste water, roading-transportation, geotechnical or environmental engineering strands. With a focus on the design and implementation of engineering technology, in your first year of study you will develop skills in the engineering sciences of computing and mathematics plus study basic engineering practices, communication and management. You will also develop advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills.
