The Bachelor of Arts in History program opens the student to live in historical research and writing. It aims to provide a variety of introductory and advanced courses that will introduce students to the ways by which historians recreate the past; and to historical analytic skills that will be applied to writing and research. History informs our understanding of literature, music, art, and the world around us. A historical perspective will give the student a richer appreciation for everyone's experiences.
