Program Overview

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy is a four-year program that produces professionals who promote optimal health and function by providing services that develop, maintain, and restore maximum movement and functional ability, for people at any stage of life, when their movement and function are threatened by ageing, injury, diseases, disorders, conditions, or environmental factors. The program culminates in a one-year comprehensive internship program that allows students to work within the health spheres of promotion, prevention, treatment intervention, habilitation, and rehabilitation, supervised by licensed professionals.

English Proficiency,a photocopy but duly certified true of latest Transcript of one 1 colored, passport-size, recent photo, any document s attesting to passing the Bar Board Exam, or being a scholar of any agency,Secure upon submission of the aforementioned documents the following forms, then submit the same to the Office of the Graduate School,Application Form,Two 2 Referral Forms: 1 from the current immediate superior or Dean; and 2 from a professor in a specialization major subject,Presonal data sheet,accomplished downloadable Confirmation of Enrolment Form from their USTET portal ,signed copy of the College of Nursing Contract,signed UST Code of Conduct Conforme from the Office for Student Affairs,accomplished Waiver for those who cannot submit a copy of their report card yet
