Program Overview

The only field of study in Poland that combines the content of education in the fields of animal science and food technology and human nutrition. The departments of Animal Bioengineering and Food Science participate in the implementation of the study program. During the course of studies, the student learns about the organization of production, including the selection of machinery and equipment, and the principles of the functioning of the food market. In addition, he learns about the organization and economics of production, marketing, career counseling, the basics of law in the field of business activity, and environmental protection.
