A students learn the principles of commercial banking activity at the Banking and Financial services major. An alumnus is able to define a bank system, its participants, their functioning, interconnections, tasks and responsibilities; he/she recognizes financial phenomena in the market economy; understands principles governing banks in the economy; differentiates between bank operations, knows the role of the central bank in the economy in Poland. He\she studies functioning and risk related to bank products; gains deep knowledge on banking sector s activity.
