Program Overview

The student acquires qualifications preparing to work as a teacher by shaping and developing knowledge, skills and competences in the field of special education. He prepares to work with children and adults with disabilities, as well as with people with impaired social functioning. He gains the skills to diagnose human possibilities and limitations, as well as to design rehabilitation, therapy, education, care, upbringing and other activities conducive to the normalization of both living conditions and activation in various areas of life. At the same time, it uses the achievements of modern science, technical and information progress towards people who require specialist support.
