Bachelors in real estate cadastre in Immanuel kant baltic federal university

The program is aimed at training specialists in the field of land management and cadastre, on which the accurate display of all buildings on maps depends. During the training, students will learn how to develop land management schemes and projects, understand the legality of the use of certain land plots and real estate. In addition, they will be able to develop programs to optimize the way land resources are used. Thanks to the knowledge gained in the field of intended purpose and permitted use of sites, students will be able to participate in design and survey and topographic and geodetic work. They will also begin to engage in territorial planning and development of real estate, as well as improve the distribution of land in accordance with the prospects for economic development and improvement of the organization of territories.
