Program Overview

The cadastral engineer is primarily engaged in land surveying. This includes determining the coordinates of the boundaries of land plots, drawing up boundary plans, processing the documents necessary to secure land ownership and its registration with the state. This is a relatively new profession, but it is already in high demand on the labor market due to the need for proper documentation related to the ownership of real estate. Currently, for the execution of documents confirming the right to own a land plot, the services of specialized specialists are required. A cadastral engineer is both a surveyor, a land surveyor, and a designer: without his participation, the construction of buildings and roads does not begin, he is the main figure in conducting geodetic surveys and land management.
