Program Overview

In the production of modern microprocessors, the technological milestone of 10 nm has now been reached. Further development of electronics at the present stage is unthinkable without the use of nanotechnology. Within the framework of this educational direction, such disciplines as physics of low-dimensional systems, nanophotonics, spintronics, single-electronics, etc. are studied. The topics of scientific research are related to the development of radiation-resistant microcircuits, light-emitting (laser and LED) heteronanostructures with quantum dots based on semiconductors, optically active media based on based on nanocrystals in semiconductor and dielectric matrices, nanostructures based on dilute magnetic semiconductors and dielectric layers with metallic nanoinclusions for creating memory elements.
