The program aims to teach the technologies of new material application in nanoelectronics. Students are provided access to NUST MISIS laboratories and research centers, where they independently or under the guidance of leading scientists work on projects implemented for the university business partners. The obtained knowledge and skills in materials science --- composition, structure and technologies to obtain new materials and products, --- secure their employment at scientific production sites and leading R&D centers
