Spectroscopy, space research, atmospheric monitoring, security systems, non-invasive diagnostics and therapy in biology and medicine - in today's high-tech digital world, the fields of application of semiconductor devices have no boundaries. Our graduates are engaged in research, modeling, development, production and operation of semiconductor structures and devices of optoelectronics, micro- and nanoelectronics, they master the methods of experimental and theoretical study of physical processes occurring in these structures and devices.
