Program Overview

The Division of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry (CBC) offers a four-year direct-honours programme leading to a BSc degree in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry. Our programme meets the American Chemical Society (ACS) curricular guidelines, ensuring that our students receive rigorous training that qualifies them to be professional chemists, or to enter graduate school in the chemical sciences. Our curriculum places special emphasis on problem-solving, laboratory exercises, and project work allowing our graduates to build teamwork and communications skills that are valued throughout the job market.

General Paper of the Singapore Cambridge GCE 'A' Level Examination, 12 years of general education or will be taking High School national examinations in the year of application in order to be considered for admission, IELTS: a minimum of 6 for the Writing sub-test, TOEFL: a minimum of 570 (paper) or 90 (internet), SAT1: a minimum of 600 for the Verbal section; or 7 for the Essay section, Chemistry AND Mathematics/Physics at Senior High School Level / IB Higher Level
