This department focuses on biochemistry, food chemistry and nutrition and culture ability to apply through experiments with knowledge learnt from understanding the theory of flow of living organisms through fulfilling theories.To support these aims, the department runs both education and research with laboratories such as biochemistry research centers, food chemistry research centers, physiological chemistry laboratories, food hygiene laboratories, nutrition laboratories, molecular nutrition laboratories, cooking laboratories, animal laboratories, radioactive rays isotope laboratories and experimental instruments.
