The Department of Urban Engineering at Yonsei University was established in order to cultivate and study global talents with expertise and knowledge in urban areas in order to make cities more comfortable, convenient, safe and livable. The curriculum of the Department of Urban Engineering is a four-year undergraduate course, a general graduate school, and an urban engineering major. The Department of Urban Engineering aims to nurture talent in urban planning, urban transportation, urban design and urban environment and information that contribute to theory and practice throughout the city's activities. The Graduate School of Urban Engineering is promoting the most advanced education and research systems in urban planning, transportation, design and environmental information in order to nurture and research specialists in the practical and research fields of urban engineering.
