Program Overview

In this major, they are carrying out basic researches on microbiological engineering, genetic engineering, biotechnology, and their industrial applications in order to cultivate human resources that will lead research and industry in the 21st century biotechnology field. Recently, Bioinfirmatics, a new discipline that combines computer science and biotechnology, has opened a new field of Functional Genomics and Proteomics. After graduation, students can enter national and industrial research institutes related to biotechnology, food, medical science, health and hygiene environment. Also, they can enter graduate school and acquire their degrees and then become professors and researchers in universities and research institutes .

Copies of Official Transcript, CGPA must be over CGPA 2.7 on a 4.3(CGPA 2.5 on a 4.0 ), ECTS (C or above), TOEFL score must be a minimum of 79 in iBT(cBT 213, pBT 550) or IELTS 6.5(English), Or KLAT level 4 or TOPIK level 4.
