The Degree in Psychology at Universidad Europea del Atlántico provides a well-rounded education focused on understanding human behaviour and preparing students for a wide range of psychology careers. Curriculum structure

First Year
Students begin by building the scientific foundations of psychology through subjects such as Foundations in Psychobiology, History of Psychology, and Psychology of Learning. They also explore behaviour in social and emotional contexts with Emotional Psychology and Social Psychology, while Statistics and Information and Communication Technology (ICTs) introduce research and analytical skills.

Second Year
The second year focuses on understanding mental processes and individual differences through Psychology of Personality and Individual Differences, Cognitive Processes: Perception, Attention and Memory, and Neuropsychology. Students also strengthen their research abilities with Research Methods for Psychology I, Research Methodology in Psychology II, and Psychometrics, alongside English I and English II to support the bilingual nature of the program.

Third Year
Students move into applied psychology fields with Educational Psychology, Psychopathology, and Organizational Psychology, connecting theory with professional practice. Courses such as Psychological Diagnosis and Clinical Psychology develop assessment and intervention skills, while electives like Corporate Organisation, Advertising Creation, or Educational Sociology allow students to begin specializing.

Fourth Year
The final year emphasizes professional preparation through Internship I, Psychological Intervention, and Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Students also complete Counselling, Business Economics and Entrepreneurship, and a Final Project, alongside advanced electives and a second internship to consolidate their chosen specialization.
