The College of Natural and Applied Sciences is one of the three campus colleges of the University of Dar es Salaam that were established in April 2009 in the process of implementing the new University s organizational structure.The College was formed out of the former the Faculty of Science that was established in 1965 and the Faculty of Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries that was established in 2002. Currently, the College is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.
Two principal level passes at ALevel in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Nutrition, Agriculture or Geography Equivalent Entry An appropriate equivalent Diploma approved by the UDSM Senate with an average grade of B+ or higher, CSEE or equivalent, with passes in FIVE approved subjects THREE of which must be at Credit level obtained prior to sitting for the ACSEE or equivalent; Two principal level passes in appropriate subjects in the ACSEE or equivalent, equivalent Diploma of not less than Second class/Credit level or B grade, minimum score of 100 obtained from MAEE consisting of a score of at least 50 in Paper I and 50 in Paper II, copy of the birth certificate and enclosing photocopies of O level and equivalent qualifications Certificates
