Program Overview

Department of Banking and Finance is a 4-year bachelor's degree programme. Courses and their contents are selected and arranged to gain students Adequate occupational qualification and management skills. In the first two years of the programme, students take courses which are basic for their education. In the final two years of the programme students take Monetary Theory and Policy, Banking Law, Capital Markets, Banking Operations, International Financial Markets, Credit Policy and Evoluation, Risk Management in Banking, Central Bank and Banking Accounting Courses.

Additional Information & Requirements

Pass the centrally administered entrance exam conducted by Student Selection and Placement Center OSYM. English language preperation is mandatory in this program. Successfully Complete the designated program of courses meet a Minimum of 240 ECTS credit requirement and have a Minimum CGPA of 2.00/4.00 and no F1, F2,Z,E or K grades, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
