Program Overview

The aim of this department is to provide a new generation of computer literate executives who can readily adapt to the changing world of the twenty-first century to the organizations. Management Information Systems Department offers four-year bachelor's degree to students. Our Students learn to evaluate the information system of organizations effectively in our equipped with the latest technology laboratories. In addition, our students can reach the level of knowledge and skills to identify, perceive and analyze business function, economic and legal environment, organizational theory and behavior within system framework. In this context, Information Technologies and Applications for computer science, Internet Information Systems, Programming Languages, Information Systems, Databases, Computer Hardware, Communications and Technology, Information Systems Management and System Analysis, Web Design and Web Programming courses and also some courses to field of management and business such as Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory and Modern management Techniques Project Management courses are also available for our students.

Additional Information & Requirements

English language preperation is mandatory in this program. Complete the designated program of courses meeting a Minimum of 240 ECTS credit requirement and have a Minimum CGPA of 2.00/4.00 and no F1, F2, K, or Z grades, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
