The department of ceramics at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts was founded in 1983-1984. The department provides a 4-year undergraduate program; a 2-year graduate program; and a 4-year PhD program. The department of ceramics is one of the best qualified in Turkey, with its young and dynamic academic staff.
