Increasing globalization of the international trade and the efforts to join the common market have led to an increase in the logistic services provided to the companies and in the land-air-sea transportation. it's inevitable for the companies engaged in this field to raise standards and qualities of their services. Logistics is efficient planning, implementation and supervision of services and products and every kind of information flow related to these, from the initial point of the raw material to the last point that the product is consumed, to meet the needs of customers. There is a need for qualified medium and high level staff to provide all these qualifications. Aim of this Department is to provide manpower for the sector of logistics and transportation, and also for the management of logistics in producer companies and business organizations.

Students who graduate from secondary education institutions are placed to the programs they want to study based on the scores they got from the central examination, Original and Turkish translations of high school diploma taken from countries outside Turkey and TRNC, Valid examinations result certificate Turkish proficiency certificate, candidates should score in any field S Z, EA, SAY a minimum of 55 from ALES exam valid for 3 years or equivalent of GMAT or GRE determined by High Education Council, Certificate of graduation from High School, ALES Certificate, Photocopy of the Identity Card, Military Service Status Document, Passport, international examinations: SAT: minimum of 1000 out of 1600, Tawjihi: 60 out of 100, GCE: A level from at least two fields, one of them should be in the field of the program applied for, Baccalaureat Libanais: 60 out of 100, International Baccalaureate: Students who have International Bachelors Diploma with a minimum score of 20, Gaokao: A minimum score of 400 out of 750,
