Program Overview

The Industrial Engineering Department is committed to graduate competent industrial engineers equipped with the proficiency to adapt to both focused on the basis of engineering philosophy such as capability of problem solving, capability of analytical and system-oriented thinking, and capability of review and development of systems, as well as management skills. We intend to provide engineers to take responsibility in production or service industries for developing the efficiency of their organizations. Our program is also supported by the specific courses namely basic sciences, technologies and management courses. The academic program covers production engineering, management science, operations research and systems engineering. Interdisciplinary characteristic of the program gives the students the ability to make decisions in production and planning activities in public and private sectors.

Additional Information & Requirements

English language preperation is mandatory in this program. Complete the designated program of courses meeting a Minimum of 240 ECTS credits requirement and have a Minimum GPA of 2.00/4.00 and no F1, F2, K, or Z grades, Official high school transcripts, 2 Letters of recommendation, Statement of purpose, Copy of valid Passport, Registration Letter, Health Certificate, Foreign Nationals Exam that is given by Ba kent University and the ones accepted by Ba kent, GCE General Certificate Education, Cambridge International A Level, SAT CR+CW+M: minimum score of 1000 out of 1600 writing included, International Baccalaureate:At least 24 diploma score out of 45, International science olympaids: Having a gold, silver or bronze medal from the International Science Olympiads recognized by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, West African examination council:Minimum 3 subjects in the related area of the applied program for 5 subjects with at least 25 points in total
