BA Ancient Greek Language and Literature

In the first two years of Greek Language and Literature, the first two years of Greek language knowledge, morphology and syntax are taught, as well as lectures on literary history on the Ionian Age and the Attic Age, the first period of the thirteenth century literature. In the 3rd and 4th years, original pieces from the writers and poets who are the main representatives of the Greek culture are taught, and classical texts are taken from the philological point of view. In addition, the last period of the Attic period of the Greek literary history and the history of literature on the Hellenistic Age are taught. Students enrolled in our department are also responsible for all courses of the Department of Latin Language and Literature.
