It suits students who aspire to work as digital content creators, media editors, social media analysts, mobile journalism producers, and interactive media specialists, focusing on professional practice and digital storytelling skills.

Curriculum structure

Year 1 — Foundations of Digital Media:
In the first year, students build a solid foundation with courses on Introduction to Digital Media, Principles of Design, Mass Communication Law and Ethics, and Communication Theories, where they learn how digital platforms operate, how messages are created and interpreted, and the ethical and legal frameworks that guide media practice. Practical skills begin with basic multimedia and website design, preparing learners for creative content production across platforms.

Year 2 — Core Digital Content Skills:
The second year deepens production skills with units such as Writing for Digital Media, Digital Media Applications, Digital Photography, and Mobile Journalism, enabling students to produce compelling multimedia content tailored for digital audiences. Coursework also covers Digital Media Campaigns and Social Media Analytics, giving students strategic insight into planning and evaluating digital communication initiatives.

Year 3 — Advanced Digital Media Practice:
In year three, learners build specialised capabilities through classes like Digital Storytelling, Data Journalism, Content Creation for Digital Media, and electives that may include AI in Digital Media or Media Translation, preparing them for complex storytelling and audience engagement challenges in professional environments. This stage emphasises both creative execution and analytical thinking.

Year 4 — Professional Integration:
The final year brings together theory and practice with an Internship in Digital Media and a Graduation Project for Digital Media that requires students to plan, produce, and present professional-level work. These components strengthen career readiness and build a portfolio of industry-relevant digital media projects.
