Year 1 – Foundations in Communication:
In the first year, students build core media and communication knowledge with units such as Introduction to Digital Media, Introduction to Public Relations, and Introduction to Institutional and Governmental Communication, where they learn key media concepts, communication channels, and the role of strategic communication in public and institutional settings. Foundational general education courses like Communication Skills in Arabic, English I, and Media in the UAE support language proficiency, contextual understanding, and analytical thinking that underpin professional practice.

Year 3 – Institutional and Government Communication Practice:
The third year centres on applied communication practice with subjects like Organizational Communication, Preparing and Producing Corporate and Government Communication Materials, and Institutional and Government Communication Research, where students plan, develop, and evaluate communication initiatives for institutions and public entities. Courses such as Spokesperson Training and Event Organization emphasise public engagement, messaging strategies, and stakeholder interaction, while field training introduces professional workplace experience.

Year 4 – Advanced Strategy and Professional Integration:
In the final year, advanced units such as Communication and Crisis Management, Artificial Intelligence Applications in Institutional Communication, and Institutional Reputation Management prepare students to handle complex strategic challenges, digital transformation in communication, and organisational reputation issues.
