4 Years On Campus Bachelors Program
The course has been designed to meet the current needs of the sector and will deliver modules in microbiology, nutrition through the lifecycle, consumer behaviour, sensory science and sustainable food supply chain management. During the course you will have exposure to a knowledge base that has been developed with the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) and successful graduates will have the opportunity to become an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Academic transcripts, A personal statement explaining why you are suitable for the course , Two professional and/or academic references, A copy of your passport copies of any other supporting documents, A Levels at grade D, D and D, or above; BTEC Extended Diploma with Distinction, Merit, Merit; Access to HE Diploma, English language requirement at IELTS 5.5 or above and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
