The course explores the fundamentals of the Built Environment centring on thematic pillars such as Construction, Finance, Law, Technology and Management, with the focus on Real Estate skills such as Valuation and Asset Management. With strong employability focus, developing insight into commercial management and enterprise, the course can be studied full-time as well as part-time, allowing for the opportunity to earn and learn.
An overall average of 60 - 65% or above in the 12th Standard. IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent. A Level: BCC
