Year 1 (Level 4)
The first year introduces core principles in building surveying, construction, and property management. Modules include Building Surveying Principles and Practices, where you'll learn about building pathology and forensics, including diagnosis of common building defects in domestic scale buildings. You'll also cover Construction Technology, focusing on materials and methods used in building construction.

Year 2 (Level 5)
Building upon foundational knowledge, the second year delves deeper into building surveying practice. Modules such as Building Surveying Professional Practice and Building Services Engineering enhance your understanding of facility management and the integration of building systems. You'll also explore contract procedures, cost estimating, and dispute resolution.

Final Year (Level 6)
