Curriculum Structure

Year 1

In the final year, students culminate their learning in Design Synthesis 3, a major design project that integrates philosophical, social, ecological, and technological thinking into a cohesive architectural response. Professional Practice develops their understanding of how to operate as a professional architect, covering the role of architects, regulatory frameworks, and ethics. Meanwhile, Building Pathology gives technical insight into building defects, diagnostics, and repair, deepening their understanding of structures and material performance.
