Fashion is a rapidly expanding global industry that exerts influence over a wide range of products and services. This unique program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and expertise, both traditional and digital, in fashion brand development and communication, enabling you to thrive in this dynamic and exciting field.

The program delves into various aspects of international fashion branding, encompassing both traditional and digital practices. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of essential areas such as brand management, marketing, fashion brand development, promotion, fashion buying, visual merchandising in retail, and sustainable fashion. In the fourth year, you will adopt a strategic perspective of the fashion industry, focusing on internationalization strategies within the context of communication and branding.

Throughout the program, you will be supported in acquiring and refining your digital skills, which have become increasingly crucial in fashion brand development. You will have the opportunity to work with industry-relevant software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Lectra, enabling you to develop a portfolio of creative work over the four years of study. This integration of digital skills ensures that you are equipped with the expertise required by the industry and allows you to showcase your creative abilities.

 

 

The following academic qualifications are accepted for admission to the program:

A level: BCC, with a minimum of a grade C/4 in Maths and English at GCSE level.
ILC Higher: H2 H2 H3 H3 H3, including a minimum of H2 in English, and H5/O2 in Maths.
IB Diploma: 26 points, including the completion of Maths and English.
BTEC: DMM Extended Diploma, accompanied by a minimum of a grade C/4 in Maths and English at GCSE level.
SWAP: Law, Business, and Accounting - ABB.

For entry into Year 3, applicants should have completed a College Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field. The acceptable HNDs include Fashion Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Advertising and PR, Fashion Design and Production with Retail, or any business-related HND. The HND should have achieved graded units with a minimum of AA.

Additionally, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language, with an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, and no individual element scoring below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification.
