This course provides an opportunity to study technology in the context of design for the marketplace. It provides the skills, technical information, and market awareness to apply your creativity in the pursuit of innovation. Through the course you develop the insight and the know-how to have a direct and positive effect on the way industry operates. Placement in an industrial or academic setting is compulsory and is an integral part providing you the opportunity to develop your professional skills and a deeper understanding of design and industry. This course is offered in Belfast campus.
A Level: BBC to include one Grade B from Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Technology and Design, Design and Technology, Engineering or Double Award Science. or BCC to include one from Mathematics, Further Mathematics or Physics. IB: Overall profile is a minimum of 25 points to include 12 at Higher Level and to include minimum grade 5 in Mathematics or a Higher Level science subject. IELTS 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5. All Indian Standard XII (Central Boards or a State Board) with an overall average of 60%
