University of ChesterThe content of this course reflects the demands of contemporary interior design practice. In our course, we forefront the practice of design through concept development, prototypes, presentations, specialist software skills and hands-on experience with materials. The ethos of the Department is that the study of art and design is a culturally and economically significant endeavour that is intellectually challenging and emotionally rewarding. The disciplines studied within the department foster freedom of expression and the development of abstract concepts to material expressive form. We place importance on experiment and generating creative, imaginative connections.
Successful completion of Standard 12 with 60% from Central Boards and Major State Boards (this does NOT include Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, or Jharkhand). IELTS Academic 6.0 (Min 5.5 in each sub-skill). A Level: 72 UCAS points overall including a D at A-level. International Baccalaureate: 24 Points
