  • Year 3: Professional and Academic Development 3, Strategic Management, Project, along with an optional Individual Placement Module or Digital Showcase

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)

  • Placement Year: Gain 30-week professional hospitality industry experience between years 2 and 3

  • International Year: Opportunity to study abroad for a semester or full year at global partner universities

  • Entrepreneurship Year: Develop and launch a business idea in the hospitality sector with university support (subject to visa rules)

  • Internships, enterprise and knowledge exchange opportunities available
