Course overview

  • Year 1: Core business fundamentals, introduction to chosen modern language, and enrichment activities

  • Year 2: Mandatory study abroad in a partner university for one or two semesters

  • Year 3 (3-year route): Return to UH to complete advanced international business modules

  • Final year (4-year route): Optional work placement or second study abroad year; final year focuses on global strategy and language fluency

Modern language options include Korean (e.g., modules on culture, festivals, and daily life), with others available based on availability.

Experiential Learning (Research, Projects, Internships etc.)

  • Mandatory study abroad: At least one semester in a global partner university (Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, Australia)

  • Optional sandwich year: Work placement in the UK or overseas with no tuition fees
