Year 1

Year 2

The second year develops strategic and operational management expertise through modules such as Sustainable Operations, Managing People, and Strategic Management. Students apply management concepts to authentic business scenarios while gaining practical experience through an Industry Challenge, Enterprise Challenge, Placement, or Study Abroad opportunity that enhances professional and international business skills.

Year 3

In the final year, students strengthen their leadership and strategic capabilities through modules including Disruptive Strategies and Models, Leadership and Change, and the two-part Major Project. They explore digital transformation, organisational innovation, and change management while completing an independent research project that addresses contemporary business challenges and reflects their professional interests.
