Alternatively, you have the choice to join the first year of the BA (Hons) International Business program and then opt to focus on HRM in the subsequent years (two, three, and four). This path will lead to the attainment of a joint degree award in BA (Hons) International Business and Human Resource Management upon graduation. Pursuing this joint honors program will involve delving deeper into subjects such as management challenges, employment rights and responsibilities, people management and diversity, as well as talent management and development.

The entry requirements provided here serve as a guideline and indicate the minimum qualifications necessary to be considered for admission. However, applicants who receive a conditional offer may be required to exceed the stated requirements. For Year 3 entry, individuals holding a College Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Human Resource Management, or Administration and IT, with graded units of AB or ABB, will be given priority. Applicants who have completed at least two optional units in HRM, especially those related to HRM: Core Activities, will be given preference. Other applicants will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In terms of English language proficiency, an IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual element scoring below 5.5, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
