Northumbria UniversityBA (Hons) Business with Human Resource Management includes modules that cover the development of human resources (HR), law for HR, cross-cultural HR, and compensation and diversity. HR is a core business enabler for all kinds of organisations. HR professionals are involved in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, salaries and incentives. They also develop their organisations cultures and capabilities in response to new challenges. Standard XII/Class XII from CBSE, CISC 65% and above, 120 UCAS Tariff points . From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A-level, T Level, BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas, Scottish and Irish Highers, Access to HE Diplomas, or the International Baccalaureate. GCSE Requirements: Applicants will need Maths and English Language at minimum grade 4/C, or an equivalent. Should have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component (or an approved equivalent*).
