Curriculum Structure

Year 1
In the first year, students build a broad foundation in business and people management. Year 2

Year 3 (Year Abroad)

Year 4
In the fourth and final year, students return to UEA to deepen their HR expertise. They choose from specialist modules — for example, Organisational Change or Advanced HR Strategy — and work on a “live” HR project, consultancy assignment, or dissertation. This capstone experience helps them apply theory to real-world problems, develop leadership skills, and prepare for professional roles in HR and business.
