This course delves into contemporary network systems principles, with a particular focus on technical and operational elements. The course syllabus covers core topics such as Data Communications, Computer Networks, and Programming and Problem Solving for Communications. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and network with industry professionals, especially if they choose to undertake a work experience placement in their second year.
Throughout the course, students will develop practical competencies in network design and security, as well as the creation of mobile internet applications and services. From the outset, students will learn how to implement practical techniques in the development of various network systems and internet applications.
Applicants are normally required to achieve passes in three GCSE subjects, including English, with a score of 4 (Grade C ), 48 UCAS points, Interview, Portfolio, Personal statement, Reference(s), for confirmation of academic potential and personal qualities, Resume, IELTS Academic test- 6.0 with 5.5 in each.
